Vibeathon Terms & Conditions

• •Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• •Participants must have a valid Discord account and join the official BridgeMind Discord server.
• •Participants must have a valid GitHub account to host their submission.
• •Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• •By entering, participants represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements.

• •All submissions must be original work created by the participant during the Vibeathon period.
• •Submissions must be open-source and publicly hosted on GitHub.
• •Each participant may submit only one (1) project.
• •Submissions must include a demo video (3-5 minutes) showcasing the project functionality.
• •Projects must be related to agentic coding, AI-assisted development, or vibe coding methodologies.
• •Submissions must not contain malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
• •Submissions must not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• •Incomplete submissions or those not meeting requirements may be disqualified at BridgeMind's discretion.

• •The winner will be determined by community vote conducted exclusively in the official BridgeMind Discord server.
• •Voting will open on January 14, 2026 and close at a date announced in the Discord server.
• •Each Discord member may cast one (1) vote. Multiple votes from the same user will be invalidated.
• •BridgeMind reserves the right to verify vote authenticity and disqualify fraudulent or manipulated votes.
• •BridgeMind reserves the right to disqualify any submission that violates these terms.
• •All decisions by BridgeMind regarding eligibility, disqualification, and winner selection are final and binding.

• •Grand Prize: One Thousand US Dollars ($1,000 USD) equivalent in Bitcoin (BTC).
• •Prize will be distributed to the winner's designated Bitcoin wallet address within 30 days of winner verification.
• •Winner is solely responsible for providing a valid Bitcoin wallet address and for any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges associated with prize receipt.
• •Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash or other alternatives except at BridgeMind's sole discretion.
• •BridgeMind is not responsible for any fluctuations in Bitcoin value before, during, or after distribution.
• •If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

• •Participants retain all intellectual property rights to their original submissions.
• •By submitting, participants grant BridgeMind a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote submissions for marketing and promotional purposes.
• •This license includes the right to feature projects on BridgeMind's website, social media, YouTube channel, and other promotional materials.
• •Participants represent and warrant they have all necessary rights to grant these licenses.
• •Submissions utilizing third-party open-source components must comply with applicable licenses.

• •Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward other participants, judges, and BridgeMind staff.
• •Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive behavior of any kind will result in immediate disqualification.
• •Participants must not engage in cheating, vote manipulation, or any fraudulent activity.
• •Participants must not interfere with other submissions or the voting process.
• •Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disqualification and permanent ban from future BridgeMind events.

• •THE VIBEATHON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
• •BridgeMind is not responsible for any technical failures, network issues, computer malfunctions, or other problems that may affect participation or submission.
• •BridgeMind reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Vibeathon at any time without prior notice and without liability.
• •TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDGEMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION.
• •Participants agree to release and hold harmless BridgeMind, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising from participation in the Vibeathon.
• •BridgeMind is not responsible for disputes between participants.

• •Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BridgeMind from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
• •(a) Participant's breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• •(b) Participant's violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• •(c) Participant's submission or any content therein;
• •(d) Any fraudulent, negligent, or wrongful act or omission by participant.

• •Personal information collected during registration will be used for Vibeathon administration and prize fulfillment.
• •Discord usernames, GitHub profiles, and project information may be publicly displayed on leaderboards and promotional materials.
• •Winner's name (or Discord username) may be publicly announced.

• •These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
• •Any disputes arising from or relating to the Vibeathon shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• •Participants waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
• •The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
