macOS only. BridgeShot is a native Swift menu-bar app — no Electron, no third-party dependencies. It requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer and runs on both Apple Silicon and Intel.
Is my data private?
Yes — everything happens on-device. Captures, annotations, and OCR all run locally on your Mac via Apple frameworks. Nothing leaves your machine.
What permissions does it need?
Just Screen Recording, which macOS requires for any capture tool — BridgeShot walks you through granting it on first launch. No Accessibility permission is required. You sign in with your BridgeMind account to activate.
