Windows terminals settle down
Windows only. A cold start no longer relaunches every saved agent, Chat and Agent starts stop popping console windows, terminals render faster, and WSL is a terminal choice.
- No relaunch on cold start. Saved terminals come back as panes, not as running agents.
- WSL as a terminal. Pick a WSL distribution for new workspace terminals in Settings.
Added
- Windows: choose a WSL distribution for new plain workspace terminals in Settings. Agent sessions stay native, and a change applies to new terminals only.
Changed
- Windows: faster terminal rendering, and the app shell is aligned with the Mac layout.
Fixed
- Windows: persisted terminals no longer relaunch their agents on a cold start.
- Windows: starting a Chat or an Agent no longer opens a console window.
- Windows: sidebar groups and Browser quick destinations lose the bright system border WebView2 drew around them.
- Windows: model and dropdown menus stay inside the window on first open and at every zoom level.
