Dictation stays on your Mac

Added

• Dictation runs on this Mac by default: hold Fn, speak, release, and Apple Speech transcribes without sending audio anywhere. Pick the language and prepare its model once in Settings.
• Cloud transcription through BridgeMind or Together AI is still available, but only when you choose it in Settings — nothing falls back to the cloud on its own.
• Coming from BridgeVoice? Settings imports your vocabulary and dictation preferences; your BridgeVoice sign-in is never copied.
• Saved launch presets in the Code-mode launch wizard: save a seat list once, pick it next time, and shell seats type their command as soon as the prompt is up.
• Drag an agent past the top of the rail to pin it, or a pinned face down past the band to unpin it; workspace folders pin and unpin the same way.
• Chat mode's rail can be reordered by dragging, and so can an agent's chat tabs across the top of its page.
• Messages between teammates show in the transcript as one line — the sender's face, an arrow, the recipient — and open on a click.
• Bridge, a voice teammate, gets a seat in the title bar: a live orb beside the bell opens a call strip over the pane. This release previews the call surface with a scripted conversation while the voice link is built.

Changed

• The app is called BridgeMind — in the title bar, ⌘-Tab, and the permission prompts.
• One workspace menu in the title bar holds Tidy Panes, Flip Terminals, and Usage in place of the three chips beside the bell.
• The rail is the mode's list and nothing else: the Dashboard, Routines, Prompts, Plugins, and Skills rows above it are gone. The sidebar footer keeps your account row with tier and credits, the appearance switch, Settings, and an Update row only while one is staged.
• Dragging a pane names what a drop will do — Swap or New tab — on the ghost you carry.
• Dragging a divider between panes previews the new split and applies it once on release, so a drag no longer reflows every pane on every pixel.
• Streaming replies render faster: only the last block of a growing message is re-parsed.
• Resizing the window paces terminal reflows so every pane is not redrawn on every frame.
• The app is quieter when idle: the hang watchdog slows down while nothing is happening, and a signed-in session no longer records a heartbeat event unless your access actually changed.
• Launch with Codex history is faster: the resume check runs once for all restored panes, off the main thread, newest conversations first.
• The Files pane's tree divider saves its width once on release instead of on every pointer move, and closing a file tab selects its left neighbour.

Fixed

• Reordering Code-mode session tabs by dragging works again; it shipped inert in 0.1.13.
• A dragged rail row stays under the pointer under UI zoom, and dragging past an expanded workspace branch lands where the preview showed.
• Push-to-talk fails closed: a stale timer, a late transcript, a lost focus target, or a cancelled take can no longer paste into the wrong place or replace your clipboard. On a Mac without a notch the pill follows the display your pointer is on.
• A dictation take that ends without a ready speech model, in an unsupported language, or over the size limit says so instead of silently switching to the cloud.
• The pane-drop ghost and workspace drop slots no longer re-evaluate on every mouse move.

Removed

• The Notch row in the sidebar footer. The notch appears when there is work; Settings and the Fn setup sheet cover what the row did.
