Hold the Bridge orb to talk again
Windows only; 0.2.2 was a macOS release. Holding the Bridge orb to talk works again: letting go no longer hangs up the call, so Bridge hears what you said and answers.

- Hold to talk keeps the call. Hold the Bridge orb, speak and let go. The call stays up so Bridge hears you and replies; click the orb when you want to end it.
