More reliable sign-in and dictation recovery
Recover browser sign-in after an interrupted callback, improve macOS paste restoration, and improve Linux AppImage startup and shortcut compatibility.

- Finish signing in without starting over. A failed callback no longer blocks a later valid one, and browser sign-in has the full five-minute window.

- Keep browser sign-in recoverable after a rejected callback, wait up to five minutes for completion, and show clearer authentication errors.
- Avoid falling back to the clipboard when the final macOS focus-restoration attempt successfully reaches the original text field.
- Use a more compatible rendering path for Linux AppImages to reduce blank windows on incompatible graphics drivers, while preserving explicit rendering preferences.
- Register the app identity when requesting Wayland shortcuts so supported portals can associate permissions with BridgeVoice.
- Improve recording, empty-transcription, network, and authentication diagnostics without collecting transcript text, audio, credentials, or device names.
- Keep concurrent requests from interfering with error reporting.
