Add NVIDIA's Parakeet Unified as a local English model with built-in punctuation and capitalization.

- New local English model. Parakeet Unified (English) runs on your device and punctuates as it transcribes.
Added
- Add Parakeet Unified (English), a 663 MB local model for Apple Silicon Macs, Windows, and Linux. Choose it under Settings → Models.
- Transcripts include punctuation and capitalization from the model itself. Text is transcribed after you release the shortcut, using the whole recording for accuracy.
- Intel Macs continue to use the Whisper models.
