Linux AppImage restarts into the new version after updating
After installing an update, the Linux AppImage now relaunches the new binary, so the update takes effect right away. Updating from 4.1.19 or earlier still needs one quit and reopen.

- Updates take effect on relaunch. The AppImage restarts into the version it just installed instead of continuing on the old binary.
Fixed
- Relaunch the updated Linux AppImage after an update installs, so you are running the new binary. Previously BridgeVoice could keep running the old version until you quit and reopened it.
- The relaunch fix ships inside 4.1.20, so if you are updating from 4.1.19 or earlier, quit and reopen BridgeVoice once after the update installs. Later updates relaunch into the new version on their own.
